Hi I'm new to this forum and a bit irritated, so please bear with me. Instead of loading as normal, it took me to another screen and asked me to sign in. When I did, it asked to to take a trial. A trial? But I already have Creative Cloud all apps. So, I look at my list of Apps in the Creative Cloud pane, and it's simply not there. Well, it is there, but only with the 'Start trial' icon next to it.
Anyone else have this problem? I tried to contact Adobe via their chat forum, but it's not available! The maximum file size is 47 MB.
