Hi I'm new to this forum and a bit irritated, so please bear with me. Instead of loading as normal, it took me to another screen and asked me to sign in. When I did, it asked to to take a trial. A trial? But I already have Creative Cloud all apps. So, I look at my list of Apps in the Creative Cloud pane, and it's simply not there. Well, it is there, but only with the 'Start trial' icon next to it.
